resources for their day-to-day operations. Jobseekers from this blue-collar sector
mostly have limited tech know-how. Recruitment solutions today follow the
traditional way or have a portal which is a DIY model.

Vision
We have a vision of 10-1-1. The vision is to accelerate and achieve the onboarding
of 10 Million job seekers, and 1 Million job providers and succeed in placing 1
Million jobs by 2028.
Mission
Kaigal, a for-profit social enterprise, was created to make a difference in society to
provide the tools and opportunities to blue-collar resources which they never had
