WELDPLAST S1 F

The WELDPLAST S1 F from Leister is specially designed to weld fluoroplastics. This extruder has many great features. One of its most important features is that this extrusion welder allows the user to perform any type of extrusion welding thanks to its dynamic design. The WELDPLAST S1 F is a so-called ”dual-circulator”. This means that the preheating air and plastic temperature are controlled separately, which guarantees a stable welding process and high-quality welding results.
An additional advantage of this hand extruder from Leister is its integrated LED light, which enables welding in dark corners. The LED light is particularly valuable when welding fluoroplastics, as the melting behaviour of these materials is less visible than with other plastics. In addition, the display can be operated intuitively, making the WELDPLAST S1 F very user-friendly.
