The Corporate Life Skills Program is a comprehensive and experiential training designed to equip professionals with the essential personal and interpersonal skills needed to thrive in today’s dynamic workplace.
These sessions designed for managerial and supervisory level staff, include energy elevating exercises, mindfulness practices, interactive games, focused group discussions and activities designed to not only enhance leadership skills but to lead with empathy, work with high energy and optimism, build resilience, improve communication, listening skills & concentration and develop a calm and joyful approach in daily life.
